At first, we thought it was just a phase, but we realized the trend wasn’t slowing down, it was growing. Nearly 25% of the candidates we met struggled to find work for over six months after graduation, and many didn’t know which direction to take, despite having the skills and qualifications.
That’s when we knew we wanted to make a real difference. It’s not just about placing people in positions; it’s about finding the right fit—both for candidates and companies.
